Proactive Identification : Human Rights Impact Assessment and Handling Procedures
In order to proactively identify potential risks, the Company will conduct a human rights due diligence investigation in the future to assess the potential human rights impact of the Company's operating activities, internal management, and supply chain. We will establish standardized handling procedures and preventive measures to address identified risks (such as occupational safety and labor relations risks), incorporating risk management into our day to day operations and reducing the chance of human rights violations.

Establish a rolling review mechanism to regularly review the results achieved by implemented human rights policies and whether our human rights declarations remain suitable. We continuously revise our management practices through internal audits, employee satisfaction surveys, and stakeholder engagement to ensure that our human rights governance remains up to date and is accurately reflected in our corporate culture.
Remediation of Rights Violations : Human Rights Violation Grievance and Communication Channels
The Company has established transparent and diverse grievance and communication channels. When a potential human rights violation occurs, the Company will initiate established emergency handling procedures, and have the responsible unit conduct an investigation and handle the case.
