Management Approach (MA) for Material Topic

FPCC discloses information on climate change and the risks and opportunities they bring according to the four-core framework of the TCFD and IFRS S2, and formulates adaptation and mitigation strategies on this basis. Disclosures are as follows :

The Company established the Sustainable Development Committee with the chairperson as the convener (as described in Section 1.2 Sustainable Governance : Decision-Making Mechanisms for Long-Term Value Creation), and as a functional committee under the Board of Directors. The President's Office serves as the staff department that brings together supervisors of business units for cross-departmental communication to identify climate change related risks, and formulate management strategies for strategic risk management.
